Orders

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Any order placed from Monday to Friday before 3 p.m. is processed the same day (excluding public holidays in France). We control the quality, then we package them in suitable packaging. The package is then franked and delivered to the chosen carrier the same day or the next day at the latest.

I did not receive an order confirmation email

It is possible that the email has arrived in your spam folder if this is the first time you have ordered from us. In this case we invite you to check your spam and confirm that the emails from hello@garanceparis.com are not spam. The next ones will arrive straight to your inbox.

I would like to modify / cancel my order

If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately it is no longer possible to modify / cancel it. In this case, we invite you to make a return when you have received it.

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact customer service as soon as possible who will cancel your order before shipping.

I received an incomplete order.

We sincerely apologize if this is the case. We invite you to contact us by email or via the contact form in order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible by returning the missing item.

What are the forms of payment accepted ?

Accepted payment methods are: Paypal, Visa, Carte Bleue, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay

Where's my package ?

We will send you an email as soon as your package is shipped with a link allowing you to track the delivery of your package. If you have not received an email, contact customer service who will provide you with your tracking number.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home when the postman/deliverer comes, the package is then left either in your mailbox (if it is large enough), or at a post office or at a partner merchant. You will be notified by e-mail or via a notice left in your mailbox. Then simply go to the indicated location with your ID to collect your package!

How to make a return?

We provide a Colissimo prepaid return label in each package.

If you do not have a return label or if you have misplaced it, write to us by email and we will send you a new one.

How to get an exchange?

For any exchange, simply return the item to us in its packaging, indicating the order number, size and color in which you wish to make the exchange.

I have no news about my return/refund?

Once your return package has been deposited with the Post Office or Relay Point, allow a maximum of 2 weeks for the package to be delivered to us, processed and reimbursed.

You will receive an automatic email once the reimbursement has been initiated.

If you have not heard from us once this deadline has passed, contact us !

How are my personal data used?

The data collected on your account is used to respond to your requests and improve your experience on the site; in particular in order to process your orders and to be able to notify you of their progress. This information is never shared with third parties or resold.
